Please read these terms carefully before using Paris Elite Cars services. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Rental Agreement
Each rental constitutes a binding agreement between you ("the Renter") and Paris Elite Cars ("the Company"). The agreement begins at the time of vehicle pickup and terminates upon the vehicle's return and final inspection.
2. Eligibility
- The renter must be 25 years of age or older
- A valid driver's license held for a minimum of 2 years is required
- Non-residents must present a valid passport alongside their license
- A refundable security deposit of €100 will be charged at the time of reservation
3. Vehicle Usage
- Geographic Restriction — Vehicles may only be operated within the French Metropolitan area
- No Smoking — Strictly enforced; a cleaning fee of €50 applies for violations
- Fuel Policy — Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup (Full-to-Full)
- Mileage — Standard rentals include 20 km/day; additional mileage is charged at €20/km
- Condition — Vehicles must be returned in clean condition; excessive dirt incurs a detailing fee
4. Insurance & Liability
Renters must provide proof of full-coverage insurance or purchase our supplemental protection plan. The renter is fully liable for any damage that occurs during the rental period. All incidents, regardless of severity, must be reported immediately.
5. Cancellations & Returns
- Full Refund — Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance
- Partial Refund — Cancellations between 24–48 hours incur a 50% fee
- No Refund — Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental
- Late Returns — A 30-minute grace period is provided; hourly late fees apply thereafter
6. Limitation of Liability
Paris Elite Cars shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, personal injury beyond the scope of our insurance coverage, or delays caused by third-party circumstances.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Paris, France.
